MEETING | Minutes
Attendance: Andrew Glickson, Sheldon Miller, Louis Schulman
The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M.
Mr. Schulman provided an update on the City’s taking of property for the pulse point project.
Mr. Schulman told the Commissioners that the District is going out to bid on Greenwich Shuttle services since it has been five years since the last bid. The District is also preparing an RFQ for the AVL project.
Mr. Schulman said that the Westport study RFQ has been completed by SWRPA and has been sent to DOT for approval.
Due to a death in Rick’s family, the year-end projection has not been completed. It will be available at the next meeting.
Mr. Schulman indicted that security camera replacement is out to bid with a bid opening scheduled for July 20th.
The Commissioners approved a Reorganization of the Transit District.
The Commissioners approved salary adjustments for the fiscal year that began on July 1st.
