is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Drivers
The Norwalk Transit District welcomes applications for driving positions year round. When drivers are needed, either for our fixed route services or our shuttle and door-to-door services, we schedule a test and invite all those who have submitted an application since the last test. After training, most drivers start as part-time employees and are offered full time jobs as they become available.

Diesel Mechanics
The Transit District welcomes applications for mechanics year round as well. There are five levels of maintenance personnel so there is ample room for advancement in our state of the art facility.
