How do I pay my bus fare?

Bus and shuttles fares can be paid in cash or with passes, tickets and Norwalk Transit tokens.

Passengers using a Door-to-Door or paratransit service must board with a pre-paid ticket.

You can now track your bus in real-time and customize your alerts at www.mystop.norwalktransit.com.  Or download the free mobile app MyStop on iOS or Andriod devices.

I have a disability that prevents me from using the city bus.  Is there any public transportation services available to me?

I use a wheelchair or mobility device.  Can I ride the bus?

Yes. All vehicles operated by Norwalk Transit or services provided on behalf of Norwalk Transit are accessible by wheelchair and other mobility device.
