Wheels #1, Service reduction to ON-PEAK only; 6:20 AM to 10:20 AM, then 1:40 to 5:40 PM

Wheels #7, Service changed to include Westport Ave., ENRR & Calf Pasture Beach. Reduced from 40 minute frequency to 60 minute frequency

Wheels #9, NEW Route configuration; Route changed to service Norwalk Hospital, SNRR and SONO Washington area
